Guide Centrex

Le guide de votre solution de téléphonie d'entreprise

Adoption of third-party items

Our Centrex service allows you, in certain cases, to reuse SIP telephone sets that you already have, and have them “adopted” by the Axialys auto-configuration system.

Generally speaking, for this functionality to be possible, it is necessary that :

the workstation model must be supported by the Axialys platform; this is obviously the case for all the models we distribute.
the workstations are not locked to another provider; in general, you must have full access to the workstation administration.
Instructions for different models are given in the menu below.

1 - Adoption of Cisco SPA stations

Introduction

You can use your Cisco SPA phones that you own with the Axialys Centrex service. They can be adopted by our system to allow you to connect all their features with a minimum of configuration.

These phones must not be blocked (or you must have the unlocking password).

The supported phones are most of the models in the range:

Cisco SPA-303
Cisco SPA-5XX
Linksys SPA-9X1
Linksys SPA-9X2
Cisco SPA-1×2 (ATA)
Linksys SPA-2102
How do I do this?

First of all, you need to provide us with the list of MAC addresses of the affected stations. We invite you to submit this list via a ticket to our Technical Support (https://zammad.axialys.net/).

Our management team will then load the list of your workstations into our system and make it available on your interface.

At the same time, you should configure the remote provisioning address on each workstation. To do this, you must

connect to the administration interface of the extension
telephone sets: press Menu, choose Network, then Current IP, and type this address in the bar of the browser connected to the same network
ATA adapter with 2 network ports:
connect a PC to the LAN port of the ATA and connect the WAN port to the internet access
go to http://192.168.15.1
ATA adapter with 1 network port:
connect a standard telephone (in which you hear the dial tone when you pick up) to the ATA
pick up
dial * * * * (4 times the star key)
dial 110#
listen to the IP address broadcast in English by the device: e.g.: one-nine-two-dot-one-six-eight-dot…
note and copy this address in the bar of your browser
display the interface in Advanced mode
display the Provisioning tab
insert the following URL in the Profile Rule line: [[http://voiprov.axialys.net/spa_init/cfg$MA.xml|http://voiprov.axialys.net/spa_init/cfg$MA.xml]]
save the changes
The machine will then reboot. If the MAC addresses have been successfully registered with Axialys, the workstation will then be fully supervised remotely.

2 - Adoption of GrandStream positions

Introduction

You can use your GrandStream phones that you own with the Axialys Centrex service. They can be adopted by our system to allow you to connect all their features with a minimum of configuration.

These phones must not be blocked (or you must have the unlocking password).

The supported workstations are most of the models in the range:

GXP1610/1615
GXP1625/1628
GXP2130/2135
GXP2170
GXV3240
How do I do this?

go to the MAINTENANCE tab and then to Upgrade and Provisioning
in the Config part, select HTTP before Config Upgrade via
insert the following URL in the Config Server Path line: voiprov.axialys.net/gs_init

The computer will then restart. If the MAC addresses have been properly registered with Axialys, the workstation will then be fully supervised remotely.
